The Program Manager is responsible for proactively monitoring programs’ progress across regions, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions, defining the programs’ governance arrangements for Concentrix for the duration of the contract, or in support of contract changes or additional scope. PM is key for assessing operational risks and drivers for the programs in scope and driving implementation of corrective action plans and initiatives for scaled efficiency and effectiveness; overlooking adherence to service levels, and key performance indicators across programs globally for the purpose of supporting in driving unified delivery and performance; and the controls framework that will support the account. In summary, the Global Program Manager is responsible for multiple programs to be on scope across multiple regions for the duration of the contract. 

Role Specific: 

Partner with cross functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans

Partner with cross functional teams to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion

Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness

Continually assess operational risks and leverage the operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective action plans globally

 Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback through various methods, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery

 Acts as client champion and facilitate timely resolution of client issues, leveraging resources from across the company as needed

Lead expansion and efficiency projects including change requests

Oversee development and maintenance of knowledge assets to drive repeatability and rapid adoption of optimal processes

Seek counsel and guidance from higher level program managers. Receive guidance and mentorship on more complex projects/matters from higher level program managers and management

Uses project management methodologies, processes, and standards to lead and document all activities and progress;

Can be responsible and/or assigned to one or more of the transition phases (i.e. Solution, Start Up, Manage, Exit);

Supports the implementation of Program methodology and identifies process improvement opportunities.

Participates in prospective client pursuit campaigns, supporting the Sales, Solution, Program, and Delivery Center teams.

Designs or supports the design of a detailed and integrated project plan tailored to the client’s requirements;

Develops, manages, monitors and controls project plans and schedules for Program in coordination with the delivery centers, and across all relevant Program work streams (e.g. Human Resources, Recruitment, IT, Facilities, Training, Delivery, Finance, Procurement, etc);

Manages, Monitors and Controls Program activities according to the Project’s Performance Measurement Baseline (Scope, Schedule, Cost);

Ensures all project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and constraints are identified, documented, and managed effectively during the Program period;

Collects and documents observations and lessons learned from the Program;

Provides accurate, timely and effective communication, through meetings and/or reports, to all relevant Project Stakeholders (e.g. Sponsors, Customers, Users, Business Partners, Functional Managers, Project Team, etc) to ensure their information needs are met.

Ensures that Program deliverables satisfy all contractual commitments.

Performs project closure activities through customer final acceptance and handover to delivery operations.

Accountable for the outcome of the project.

Responsible to understand and comply with all company and client business controls requirements and policies.

Adheres to all Health and Safety regulations, internal Concentrix, IT and local policies and procedures

Understands and apply Business Controls, data privacy and security guidelines/regulations. Maintain Workstation Security at any time

Performs additional tasks according to business needs

Qualifications:

Fluency in English.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).

Self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, operational management and internal teams

Proficient experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance

Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft Office and Process Mapping software (e.g. BlueWorks Live, MS Visio)

5 - 7 years of related experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role. Preferred sales, presales, or sales training.
