Department Description:
The Business and Member Marketing team is responsible for growing our commercial group membership. This role will be responsible for supporting the performance and optimization of our keystone programming aimed at achieving commercial group growth results. This includes supporting our B2B brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion programs. In 2026, this role will support our goals of igniting the pipeline with effective conversion strategies and supercharging enablement for internal (sales) and external sellers (brokers).

Project Description:
The B2B Brand to Demand Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting us in optimizing our B2B performance programs with data-driven strategies and execution plans.

+ Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year.

Additional Requirements:
+ Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
+ Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 3.0 GPA or above
+ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
