Job Title: B2B Collections Specialist

Job Description

As a B2B Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for recovering money owed to clients in respect of credit insured transactions, bonds, and uninsured debts placed for collections.

***MUST HAVE THIRD PARTY COLLECTION EXP***

Responsibilities

Directly chase debts via telephone and liaise with third-party debt collectors and legal representatives through phone and email.Establish and sustain effective relationships with clients, debtors, and third-party stakeholders.Manage a portfolio of debts by implementing agreed processes and systems to achieve desired goals and results.

Essential Skills

Strong customer service background.Excellent communication skills.Excellent negotiating skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with B2B collections is a plus.Experience in retail or restaurant settings.Data entry skills.Accounts receivable experience.

Work Environment

The position requires working onsite on Monday and Tuesday, with the flexibility to work from home Wednesday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Downers Grove, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
