Job Title: B2B Collections Specialist Job Description As a B2B Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for recovering money owed to clients in respect of credit insured transactions, bonds, and uninsured debts placed for collections. ***MUST HAVE THIRD PARTY COLLECTION EXP*** Responsibilities + Directly chase debts via telephone and liaise with third-party debt collectors and legal representatives through phone and email. + Establish and sustain effective relationships with clients, debtors, and third-party stakeholders. + Manage a portfolio of debts by implementing agreed processes and systems to achieve desired goals and results. Essential Skills + Strong customer service background . + Excellent communication skills. + Excellent negotiating skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with B2B collections is a plus. + Experience in retail or restaurant settings. + Data entry skills. + Accounts receivable experience. Work Environment The position requires working onsite on Monday and Tuesday, with the flexibility to work from home Wednesday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Downers Grove, Illinois. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
