We're seeking a results-driven **Account Manager** to join our team. You'll manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering upsell opportunities to drive growth. **What you’ll be doing:**
+ Manage and proactively engage with your assigned book of business, ensuring a healthy and clean pipeline.
+ Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales, focusing on upselling and contract renewals with existing clients - both direct and through resellers (partners).
+ Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections through skillful negotiation, building strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
+ Utilize data to influence buying and renewal processes, helping to guide client decision-making effectively.
**What we’re looking for:**
+ Experience in B2B software or SaaS sales - ideally working within a customer facing capacity.
+ Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
+ Strong administrative skills with a sales acumen.
+ Ability to build positive customer relationships and influence decision-making processes.
+ Comfortable with data analysis and using CRM systems like Salesforces,
+ Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
+ **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.**
