Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Team Member (Rotating Shifts)
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in supporting operations and ensuring the production of high-quality products that are used in everyday life.
About the Role:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining production standards, and collaborating with team members to meet daily goals.
Position: Machine Operator
Location: West Hazleton, PA
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift Schedule:
This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, which includes both day and overnight shifts:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production Maintain a safe and clean work environment Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Respond to questions and instructions from supervisors Demonstrate initiative and a commitment to continuous improvementQualifications:
