As an Azure Service Engineer, you will be part of the cloud operations team supporting critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Azure services, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Azure Service Engineer **Location:** Redmond, WA - hybrid **Duration** : 18 Month Contract **Pay Range:** $50-$52/hour **What's the Job?** + Develop scripts and use tools like Azure Automation, PowerShell, and Azure CLI to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency. + Respond to service-related incidents, troubleshoot root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. + Continuously monitor the health, performance, and reliability of Azure services using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. + Document troubleshooting steps, operational procedures, and system configurations to build a knowledge base for team collaboration. + Ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based applications through proactive maintenance and optimization. **Wha** **t's Needed?** + 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, IT support, or service engineering with a focus on Microsoft Azure. + MUST BE ABLE TO CODE.
