Your role will involve implementing key technology solutions across multiple technical domains, supporting a range of business functions to promote the firm's goals forward.

Job responsibilities

Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsCreates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systemsProduces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code developmentGathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systemsProactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architectureContributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologiesAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experienceHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityProficient in Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Kafka, Open Search, Oracle, and Cassandra•    Capable of writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for various applications and micro servicesCapable of writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for various applications and micro servicesPrior hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDSExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern database and querying Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleStrong understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Familiarity with Camunda, BPMN and any Gen AI and Agentic AI technologiesExperience in using Pega PRPC or any similar case management / workflow enginesFamiliarity in credit card fraud / non-fraud dispute and claims domain
