Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior AWS Networking Architect to own the design and delivery of complex AWS networking and connectivity solutions. This role is focused on large-scale cloud and hybrid network architectures, migration programs, and secure enterprise connectivity. The architect will act as a technical authority, working closely with delivery, presales, and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead network design for cloud migrations, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity between on-premises, AWS, and third-party environments.You will design and implement enterprise-grade AWS network architectures, including multi-account and multi-region environments.You will define and implement hybrid connectivity using VPN, Direct Connect, and Transit Gateway.You will support migration and modernization initiatives by aligning network architecture with application and security requirements.You will act as a technical lead, reviewing designs, guiding engineers, and troubleshooting complex networking issues.You will collaborate with presales and delivery teams during workshops, solutioning, and customer discussions.

Required Technical Skills:

Deep hands-on expertise in AWS networking services including VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups, NACLs, Transit Gateway, VPC Peering, PrivateLink, and Route 53.Strong experience with hybrid networking using Site-to-Site VPN, Client VPN, and Direct Connect.Proven experience supporting AWS migration projects, including network readiness, landing zones, and cutover planning.Strong understanding of network security, segmentation, firewall integration, and zero-trust principles.Experience designing highly available and resilient network architectures across multiple regions and accounts.

Nice to Have:

Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform and/or CloudFormation). Exposure to application modernization and container networking (EKS, ECS). Familiarity with AWS governance and multi-account strategies.AWS Advanced Networking Specialty certification or Solutions Architect Professional.Exposure to AI/ML workloads and their networking requirements is a plus.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

You are comfortable owning architecture decisions and challenging assumptions.You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.You can mentor engineers and act as a go-to expert for complex networking topics.You proactively identify risks and scalability concerns.

Experience Level:

8+ years of experience in networking or infrastructure roles, with at least 4-5 years of hands-on AWS networking experience.
