Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceMore than 5 years of experience in software engineering and leadershipExtensive experience in data engineering and data architectureProficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or ScalaStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts and toolsExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudExpertise in big data technologies such as Cassandra, Spark or KafkaAbility to lead and manage complex projectsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesFamiliarity with agile development methodologies  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Master's degree in a relevant fieldExperience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorchCertification in cloud or data technologiesExperience in a leadership role within a tech-driven environmentUnderstanding of data governance and compliance standardsProven track record of successful project delivery
