Asset & Wealth Management: Change Management

Global Change Managers lead high priority initiatives within Asset and Wealth Management (AWM), supporting the global AWM businesses. You will work alongside Deal Execution teams, Sales, Product Managers, Operations and Engineers to ensure solutions are delivered and benefits realized.

 

The Regulatory & Risk Solutions team manages the assessment and implementation of all key new regulations and regulatory risks for the AWM business. They are responsible for performing detailed assessments on new regulations, identifying the impact on existing AWM capabilities, and leading the design and delivery of appropriate solutions to meet regulatory requirements. The team also manages the delivery of critical regulatory risk programs resulting from internal or external findings.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 8+ years’ relevant experience, in a comparable roleUnderstanding of AWM products, operating model and core regulatory requirements Be a strategic and analytical thinker, possessing strong problem-solving and data gatherings kills, and able to provide creative & innovative solutionsChange management skills including definition of business case & scope, articulation of issues, challenges, risks, dependencies & solutions, status reporting and test executionA proven track record of driving solutions and project execution and deliveryExtensive leadership experience demonstrated through empowerment, situational awareness, increasing transparency and conflict resolution on a large-scale programHands-on, able and willing to work with teams while coaching them to reach efficient and effective performance levelsDemonstrated proficiency in working as part of business or regulatory function owning the regulatory strategy, roadmap, analysis and interpretation of new regulations for the business, is preferable Multi-task and can manage and advance multiple projects simultaneously
