Responsibilities The Business Development Account Manager for Foodservice will use superior cold-calling skills to generate new business and drive share growth for the following channels: Amusement and Recreation. Your primary focus will be to drive the acquisition of prestigious single and multi-outlet customers across the national landscape. This individual will also be responsible for leading long-term channel strategy and execution to gain market share within their national geography. Delivering an annual New Business Plan of $10MM in revenue. Acquiring new Amusement and Recreation accounts via leads, cold-calling, and other strategic selling solutions. Focus on national chains with a P01 focus to complement our total portfolio. Work on building a new business sales pipeline; working with new lead tools and initiatives. Activate local and sector new business initiatives, programs, and tools to accelerate acquisition. Develop industry expertise in each business segment around consumer preferences and market share. Drive long-term relationships with new business partnerships and internal cross-functional teams. Generating and updating monthly report-outs of prospecting progress and results versus plan. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience preferred Minimum of 5-years sales experience Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently Previous fact-based selling experience Demonstrated strong financial acumen Demonstrated computer proficiency, Microsoft suite Successful candidates will be highly motivated, organized and possess a strong desire to win Must be able to travel, with potential for multiple overnight stays, as this role covers the domestic United States. Applicants must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
