Job Description:

Overall Purpose: THIS JOB REQUIRES SPECIAL APPROVAL FROM COMPENSATION JOB FAMILY OWNER. Strategically lead and direct global fraud call centers and data analysis teams, overseeing enhancement, development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced fraud detection and prevention technologies to reduce loss and ensure robust security measures and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and execute strategic vision for fraud detection and prevention technologies. Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
• Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of fraud detection systems and tools. Ensure integration of fraud technology solutions with organizational systems and platforms.
• Risk Assessment and Data Analysis: Conduct risk assessments to identify fraud vulnerabilities and implement mitigation policies. Utilize data analytics and machine learning to detect fraud patterns, generating detailed reports and dashboards.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with departments such as Risk Management, Compliance, and IT to ensure comprehensive fraud prevention. Communicate fraud trends, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Manage vendor relationships, budget, and resources. Provide training programs and support incident response and investigations. Handle additional tasks as required to support fraud prevention objectives.


Job Contribution: Develops the organization’s philosophy, departmental strategies and defines long-term goals and alignment with overall business objectives. Typically leads large teams, directly supervising supervisors as well as senior staff within the organization. Plays a significant part in cross-functional initiatives across AT&T. $210,600.00 - $316,000.00
