Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Purpose of the** **Job** Responsible to execute and monitor the Bank's strategic business projects. **Primary Responsibilities** + Work in partnership with various departments to complete tasks, such as business analysis, reporting and projects. + Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations. + Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project or initiatives implementation. + Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG. + Support and guide colleagues on complex Project Management issues. + Prepare various reports including but not limited to Department performance (Balance Score Card) or presentation materials and support to review reports or presentation materials prepared by colleagues to ensure accuracy. + Support to review any prepared materials which are necessary to submit internally and externally. + Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations. + Store documentation in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations. + Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.
