Job Description:
**Role Summary/Purpose:**
Reporting to the VP, H&W Product Solutions - Growth, this role works in conjunction with the Health & Wellness Industry General Managers, Sales Teams, Marketing, Product, Tech, MSF, Operations, and Analytics to build and execute growth expansion opportunities alongside our CareCredit product. The role will cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and the client sales team to achieve growth objectives for installment and MSF.

**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Identify potential opportunities for installment loan products and MSF within CareCredit clients.
+ Partner with Account Managers to successfully present, sell and onboard strategic and mid-market accounts and drive utilization.
+ Work closely with CareCredit's various sales organizations to drive utilization of MSF & Installment products.
+ Assist with research of markets and assessment of opportunities for expansion creating growth plans to target with installment loans.
+ Collaborate with the product team to develop solutions and identify any product shortcomings required to move into new markets.
+ Partner with product marketing to help execute ensure relevant messaging and material available to achieve growth plans.
+ Partner with client industry marketing to develop and execute marketing content and tradeshow initiatives.
+ Provide value added analysis & reporting to evaluate & drive growth in usage.
+ Assess performance metrics to determine optimal growth strategies. Utilize data to contribute to the overall growth strategy.
+ Identify trends and potential opportunities to drive and/or develop partnerships that enable growth.
+ Assure all contractual obligations are being met.
+ Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of experience in financial services or similar field.
+ 5+ years of sales/marketing experience within financial services, or similar field, with a track record of results.
+ Minimum of 4 years' experience in delivering formal communications to either senior business leaders or key external business partners.
+ **Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required: up to** **50%, including overnight and some weekend travel.**
**Desired Characteristics:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
+ Dental Industry experience, including in-depth knowledge of the marketplace
+ Experience building relationships with Senior Management.
+ Understanding of installment and revolving credit market in including credit compliance requirements.
+ Knowledge of the territory/marketplace dealer base.
+ Ability to identify new opportunities and develop alternative solutions to achieve results.
+ Ability to conduct effective sale presentations, consultative and need assessment selling.
+ Strong performance track record and focus on results.
+ Highly motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines.
+ Experience with contact management software and Salesforce.com.
+ In-depth understanding of concepts and principles and basic commercial awareness.
+ Analytical thinker with excellent communication and training skills.
+ Proven ability to influence corporate decision makers; strong negotiating skills.
+ Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
**Grade/Level: 11**
The salary range for this position is **90,000.00 - 155,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
**Eligibility Requirements:**
+ You must be 18 years or older
+ You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
+ You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
+ You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
+ New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
