**Job Title: Avionics Technician**
**Job Description**
Join our team as an Avionics Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in performing classified heavy modifications on various fixed-wing military aircraft. You will remove existing systems and install wire harnesses throughout the aircraft, terminating dozens of different types of connectors. This is a long-term position with the potential to transition to a direct role after 6 to 9 months.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 4 years' experience in avionics.
+ Experience terminating connectors.
+ Proficiency with several different types of crimpers (at least 3 or more).
+ Ownership of tools, with toolbox shadowed and tools etched or colored.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a climate-controlled, FAA-regulated hangar. You will work predominantly on the 1st shift, although flexibility is required for occasional 2nd shift assignments. The work schedule varies, with some employees working four ten-hour days and others working five eight-hour days. Overtime is often available based on program needs, though not guaranteed every week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
