**Job Title: Avionics Technician** **Job Description** Engage in the installation, troubleshooting, and modification of avionics systems on heavy commercial aircraft. **Responsibilities** + Install avionics equipment and systems on various aircraft models. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues with avionics systems efficiently. + Perform modifications on heavy commercial aircraft, ensuring compliance with industry standards. **Essential Skills** + Possession of an A&P License. + Experience with avionics installation and troubleshooting. + Familiarity with Boeing and Airbus aircraft, including models such as Boeing 747, 737, 787, 777, and Airbus A320, A321, A350. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Military experience is acceptable. + Must bring own tools for the job. + Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends, with some shifts operating on a 4-day/10-hour schedule or 5 days a week. **Why Work Here?** As an employee, you are valued from day one, with supervisors unaware of your contractor or direct hire status.
