**Job Title: Avionics Technician** **Job Description** As an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing basic avionics and electrical systems, assisting with complex installation tasks, and performing disassembly and reassembly of aircraft interiors to facilitate avionics installation or repairs. You will also engage in light sheet metal fabrications, wiring harness fabrication and installation, antenna and coax installations, and conduct OHM and power checks as well as ground checks. Your work will primarily be on Bell helicopters and Airbus aircraft. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate and install basic avionics and electrical systems. + Assist with complex installation tasks. + Disassemble and reassemble aircraft interiors as directed. + Perform light sheet metal fabrications. + Assist with wiring harness maps or mock-ups. + Complete wiring harness fabrication and installation. + Conduct antenna installations. + Perform coax installations. + Complete or assist with OHM and power checks. + Complete or assist with ground checks. + Terminate wires. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in avionic systems and installation. + Experience in avionics troubleshooting. + Helicopter avionics expertise. + Standard aircraft wiring practices. + Light sheet metal fabrication. + Blueprint and wiring diagrams interpretation. + Knowledge of electrical components. + Soldering techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have at least 2 years of experience with avionics. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including 85% coverage of health insurance, 100% coverage for vision, dental, and short-term disability, and a $50k life insurance policy.
