**Aviation Records Administrator**
**Job Description**
The Aviation Records Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate, organized, and compliant records related to aircraft maintenance, inspections, and operational documentation. This role ensures that all aviation records meet regulatory standards and support safe, efficient aircraft operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and update aircraft maintenance logs, inspection reports, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins.
+ Ensure all documentation complies with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
+ Prepare records for internal and external audits; support regulatory inspections and reviews.
+ Monitor scheduled maintenance intervals and ensure timely documentation of completed work.
+ Input data into maintenance tracking systems and generate reports for management and regulatory bodies.
+ Collaborate with maintenance teams, quality assurance, and flight operations to ensure seamless documentation flow.
+ Manage digital and physical records, including archiving, retrieval, and secure storage.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in records management and documentation control.
+ Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and aviation maintenance.
+ Experience with FAA regulations and aviation recordkeeping systems.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in aviation management or related field preferred).
+ Familiarity with aircraft documentation requirements.
+ Proficiency in aviation recordkeeping systems preferred.

**Work Environment**
Work in a large hangar environment alongside 45 dedicated employees. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options such as a 5/8 or 4/10 work schedule available after training and evaluation. Be prepared for overtime when necessary, depending on workload
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, PA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
