Job Title: Aviation Shipper and Receiver
Job Description
The Shipper plays a crucial role in ensuring that all outgoing shipments are properly packaged, preserved, and meet delivery requirements. This position is vital in upholding the quality and standards of our shipping process.
Responsibilities
Pack and ship merchandise according to established procedures.Ensure all parts are packaged properly to prevent damage during shipping.Check customer requirements or ATA SPEC 300 for special packaging sequences.Process air waybills and related shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy.Schedule pickups as required.Ensure all documentation is packaged with parts before shipping.Image all documents and pictures pertaining to each sales order into our system.Communicate with the Pre-Ship Team regarding shipping-related issues when necessary.Handle other special projects or duties as assigned.Essential Skills
High School Graduate or GED.Experience with domestic and international regulations.Knowledge of carrier computer systems such as FedEx, UPS, DHL.Ability to work with computer hardware and associated software (e.g., inventory management, Ship station, MS Office).Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications
HazMat training is a plus.Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping programs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Enjoy working in a comfortable air-conditioned environment. The hours for the Shipper role are from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
