Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ Marketing team is looking for a Market Analyst to help us to continue our industry leading understanding of aviation market trends and future airplane requirements. We are looking for a highly analytical person who thinks strategically and is skilled at sharing insights with a range of audiences.
Position Responsibilities:
Research and analyze market trends that will shape future passenger and cargo airplane demand including economic, airline, technical and regulatory factorsDevelop models and analytical solutions to support market forecasts, scenario planning and strategic business needsCreate executive-ready reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate insights and implications to internal and external audiencesDevelop and deliver market presentations and industry white papersBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A curious mind and a strong interest in the aviation industry5+ years of experience analyzing economic and/or market dataExperience with advanced data processing tools and languagesExperience giving executive level or customer presentationsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
7+ years of experience analyzing aviation, travel, hospitality, or transportation market trends and data Demonstrable understanding of modelling techniques for identifying relationships and predicting outcomes in variable time horizon applications, as well as scoping / implementing analytic solutions with large and imperfect data setsProficiency in database querying and advanced MS Office skills.Demonstrated experience conducting and presenting market analysis in consulting, business economics, strategy or industry organizationDrug Free Workplace:
