What You'll Do: Drive Business Growth: Develop long-term partnerships, identify commercial opportunities, and deliver tailored aviation and transportation solutions.Manage Provider Networks: Build and maintain relationships with air ambulance, helicopter, fixed-wing operators, and maritime providers to ensure readiness and compliance.Operational Excellence: Oversee 24/7 air ambulance and charter procurement for crisis situations, mass evacuations, and complex missions.Quality & Compliance: Ensure safety audits, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement in aviation and maritime operations.Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Assistance Centres, medical/security teams, and international aviation partners What We’re Looking For Strong aviation and commercial business acumen with hands-on experience in aircraft charter, leasing, and operational logistics.Knowledge of aviation regulations, insurance, and credentialing.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with exceptional problem-solving and relationship-building skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aviation, transportation management, or related fields.Excellent English communication skills: French or Arabic is a plus.Willingness to travel moderately across the region.Why Join Us?
