How You’ll Contribute:
The AV Support Services Technician is responsible for supporting the installation team in the deployment, maintenance, and repair of audio/visual equipment in client offices, events, and Lab environments.
This job involves travel at a regional/ national level, up to 30%. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience supporting a variety of audio/visual equipment in a corporate/ workplace setting.What You’ll Do:
Deployment and Maintenance:
Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment in client offices and external event locations. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Troubleshoot and repair AV equipment as needed.
Event Support:
Provide on-site AV support for events, including setup, operation, and breakdown. Assist presenters with technical aspects of their presentations. Coordinate and book travel arrangements for assigned events.
Lab Support:
Manage and prioritize support tickets for custom lab projects. Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Client Communication:
Interact with clients in a professional and technically proficient manner. Address client inquiries and concerns regarding AV equipment and services.
Inventory Management:
Request, order, and track inventory of AV equipment. Manage shipping and logistics for equipment deliveries and returns.
Documentation and Processes:
Maintain accurate records and update documentation, SOPs, and data collection sheets. Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab spaces. Stay informed about various client-specific platform and product solutions. Lift and handle equipment within OSHA weight requirements. Complete required training in construction safety, OSHA, lab procedures, and company standards.

Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills/Qualifications:
1-3 years' experience in corporate onsite AV support Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment and systems. Experience in event setup and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Google products and platforms is a plus. Ability to lift and handle equipment within OSHA weight requirements. Willingness to travel up to 30% for events and deployments.
