Qualifications:

3-5+ years of hands-on automotive technician experienceFord Master Technician certification preferredProven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environmentStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredValid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency.Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflowCollaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectationsEnsure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standardsPerform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs
