A Day in the Life:

 

Manage the entire store inventory process including, reconditioning, photography, delivery, lot organization and merchandising

What You'll Get:

Hourly Rate / Wage is $17.75/hr.Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. What You’ll Do:

1.Inventory

Ensure all incoming vehicles properly checked inTriage new inventory as it enters lotManage an efficient reconditioning process, cost, quality and cycle timesWork closely with reconditioning vendorsInteract with Fleet Mgt partner (Wheels)Maintain proper internal inventory controlsWork with fleet team to maintain target inventory levelsWork closely with GSM on daily production planning

 

2. Lot Organization

Develop and maintain proper lot organization to facilitate efficient processesOversee proper vehicle merchandisingCreate visual factory 

 

3. Photography

Insure all cars are properly photographed and appearing online per standardsReduce rejects and kicked carsFollow up and promptly close all open items on the partner dashboardHandle all communications from partners

 

4. Delivery

Ensure vehicles are delivered within time SLAsSet up trucking, if required

 

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background:

High School Diploma or equivalent 

 Professional Experience:

Experience in Auto dealerships and car salesValid Drivers’ License and a clean record

 Skills:

Capable of deliveringAble to succeed in a global, matrix organizationDesire to excelAble to garner support from Stakeholders on all initiativesStable work history
