Pay: $4k-$7k Monthly

Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area, and stockroom.Interact with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.Takes inventory, maintain records of goods received and keeps perpetual inventory controls.Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as necessary.

Qualifications

Previous parts advisor experience, preferredUnderstand basic automotive components and systemsAutomotive dealership service experience is a plusAny automotive certifications is a plusAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Now Hiring: Experienced Used Vehicle Service Technician

Pay: $25-$45 Flat Rate DOE

Schedule: 40hr/week; Monday - Saturday with Sundays and one weekday off

Department Hours: Monday - Saturday 7-5:30; Sundays 7-4

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Qualifications:

Prior automotive repair experience required

ASE and manufacturer certification desired

Ability to perform vehicle inspections, diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on variety of vehicle manufacturers

Hawaii State Inspectors License preferred

Hawaii State Safety Check Inspectors License preferred

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
