Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join their team. As an AR Clerk, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Job Title:** Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk **Location:** Irvine, CA (Hybrid) **Pay Range:** $20-$25 per hour **What's the Job?** + Perform monthly reconciliations for various non-dealer accounts, such as intercompany transactions, exports, employee purchases, car leases, port contractors, remanufacturing, and motorsports. + Publish dealer statements and process electronic funds transfers (EFT) at month-end. + Collect overdue amounts from both dealer and non-dealer accounts. + Prepare and deliver monthly AR Securitization reports while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial health of the organization. + Monitor Inactive/Terminated dealers’ activities with the regions and dealer developments to ensure accuracy of all charges prior to final transfer or termination. **What's Needed?** + AA degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. + 1 to 3 years of experience preferred. + Basic AR Accounting knowledge preferred. + Ability to communicate effectively. + SAP experience a plus. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work for a leading automotive company. + 100% Remote + Weekly pay If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
