+ Perform mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on automated equipment and production machinery. + Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. + Diagnose mechanical failures involving gears, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, drives, and machine assemblies. + Assist with machine setups, changeovers, alignments, and system adjustments. + Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new automated equipment. + Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals. + Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to identify and resolve mechanical issues. + Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety standards and procedures. + Recommend mechanical improvements to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
