Temp-to-Hire position$20.50 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Provide daily production support for automated and robotic equipment.Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on automation systems.Assist with PLC and robot programming adjustments as needed.Support equipment startups, integrations, and continuous improvement activities.Track downtime issues and assist with root cause analysis.Automation Technician Qualifications:
High school diploma or technical degree required; college degree preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in automation, maintenance, or manufacturing support.Basic knowledge of PLCs, robotics, electrical, and pneumatic systems.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols.English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
