**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on conveyor systems. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency by following preventive maintenance programs and ensuring the reliability of automated systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on all conveyor systems. + Follow all preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability. + Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachometers, and encoders. + Assist with PLC programs, troubleshooting ladder logic, components like CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, and devices, as well as communications modules like Ethernet. **Essential Skills** + Experience with automated conveyor systems and controls. + Proficiency in electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading. + Knowledge of CMMS programs, preventative maintenance procedures, industrial electronics, and industrial PLCs. + Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and automated equipment, including electrical maintenance, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and ladder logic. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school graduate or equivalent; degree from vocational school or college with focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of apprenticeship in the Mechanical or Electrical field or equivalent experience. **Work Environment** This position is based in a distribution center and operates on a Sunday to Wednesday schedule from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment that values technical expertise and innovation.
