We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. The role involves performing minor fixes and repairs on automated and semi-automated equipment, specifically focusing on Fanuc Robots. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resetting the fixtures and paths, handling pneumatics, and collaborating with fixtures, work cells, and operators. This position is located on the East side of the building, working with SMT and LED boards and dashboard screens for vehicles.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance on automated and semi-automated equipment.Troubleshoot and reset Fanuc Robots fixtures and paths when necessary.Handle pneumatic issues efficiently.Collaborate with fixtures, work cells, and operators to ensure smooth operations.Communicate effectively with the Team Leader and operators.At least 5 years of experience in machine repair on automated industrial equipment.Proven experience in Fanuc robotics repair.Experience with automation and robotics.Why Work Here?Join our team and work in a clean and well-lit facility. Work Environment
Employees will work in a temperature-controlled, clean manufacturing environment featuring high-speed machines. The dress code includes long pants, closed-toe non-slip shoes, and shirts with sleeves, and a smock will be issued. Safety glasses and gloves are provided as needed. Lockers are provided for personal belongings, and there is a lunchroom with refrigerators available. Security is present on all shifts while the facility is in operation.
