Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems. **Job Summary** The Automation Team Lead will represent the company on assigned service projects, service contracts and perform as the customer trusted technical advisor. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through successful execution of assigned projects. The Automation Service Supervisor will also be responsible for mentoring and providing technical assistance to other automation technicians. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** • Automation Team Lead understands the design and intent of mechanical equipment and systems (Chiller, Boiler, Custom AHU’s, Primary/Secondary pumping, Variable flow Chilled water plants, Clean Room Applications, Demand Response, and Energy solutions). • Direct supervision of executables within the automation service group o Assists with front-line communication. o Assists with the execution of standard operating procedures through the COINS systems. o Assists with tech assignments and ensures the right tech is assigned to the right call o Oversees any additional service call follow-ups and tech recommendations.  pull through recommendations. • Analyze systems and assist in the development of scope of work for controls implementation. • Lead on all aspects of assigned projects.
