**About the Role** The team known as CommOps Policy Developers, also referred to as COPD, undertakes the essential task of "codifying" policies on a global scale, encompassing all touchpoints within the support framework, and seamlessly integrating them with the Policy engine. This team is responsible for the systematic implementation of policies across a diverse range of interfaces. The candidate will work with a team of developers to create, maintain, and automate processes to assist regional, and global operations. The role would require large collaboration with other team members and stakeholders. The candidate needs to be a big-picture thinker and strategic partner. They also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination, and ability to work with your team to make a big impact. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment 03. Ability to quickly learn and transfer knowledge to the team 04. Effective people, program and stakeholder management skills 05. Have a sense of ownership of the deliverables 06. **Primary proficiency** in **Python** scripting and **Basic-to-Intermediate GoLang** programming. 07. Secondary experience with JavaScript and SQL (preferred but not required as primary). 08. Ability to **reproduce, debug, and test scenarios** across both mobile and web surfaces. 09. Knowledge of GraphQL &/or Lucid Charts is a plus. 10.
