Join a hands‑on automation and controls team supporting system installations, upgrades, and on‑site customer troubleshooting. This role blends technical problem‑solving with customer interaction, helping clients keep their automated systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.What You’ll Do- Support field technicians during system builds, commissioning, and equipment startup.- Troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA issues both on‑site and remotely.- Calibrate and configure automation instruments and devices.- Provide customer training and serve as a primary contact for service needs.- Collaborate with owners, contractors, and internal team members to resolve issues and keep projects moving.- Respond to urgent downtime situations with independent, solutions‑focused decision‑making.- Contribute ideas to improve processes and overall system performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Automated Manufacturing, Electromechanical Technology, EET- 0–6 years of automation/controls experience- Experience with robotics a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
