This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives. The client Automation team is committed to the successful sustainment of autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicles globally, throughout their datacenters. CBRE is seeking full-time, permanent, Automation Robotic Sustainment Program Manager with experience coordinating the sustainment of robotics-centric automation solutions. The Deployment Program Manager will report to the Client-approved location in Monks Corner, SC. **What You’ll Do:** + Work with key stakeholders to Develop/implement/report timelines, budgets, goals, and deliverables of the project. Develop recommendations and implement organizational processes and procedures. + Clearly communicate program vision & status while monitoring the progress of the program relative to established objectives & priorities + Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of approach. + Act as a planner for Automation Sustainment ○ Administer/implement/report on maintenance plans ○ Ability to generate/monitor Purchase Orders ○ Inventory management for both sustainment fleet and spare parts + Guide small to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal process. + Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, & changes by optimizing scope, schedule, & resources accordingly while also supporting team health + Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or raised. + Facilitate & Lead regular Program meetings to review project status for active and pending projects. As well as ad-hoc sessions, to monitor progress, address blockers, and drive accountability towards achieving results. This includes setting agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking action items. + Monitor Performance Dashboards & Reporting: Continuously monitor key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards related to automation sustainment, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations. + Align Points of Contact (POCs) & Logistics: Serve as the central point of contact for all sustainment-related requests, effectively aligning POCs and logistics to ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (e.g., operations, engineering) and external vendors. + Steward contracts for labor/suppliers/maintenance + Use predictive analytics for long-term planning & execution of robotic deployments within an active data center + Establish metrics to improve process and efficacy + Ability to Identify process refinement, standardization and opportunities to make the organization more agile, efficient, and flexible, while driving end-to-end operational excellence across the organization + Collaborate with the core team to develop solutions and manage the project team through implementation and completion. + Acquire clear understanding of product requirements by reviewing, understanding and interpreting technical specifications, blueprints and engineering illustrations, mockups, and prototypes + Monitor and communicate the performance and progress of the program relative to established objectives and priorities through narratives and business reviews. + Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area + Provide guidance and counsel on complex data challenges across a range of solutions and multiple technologies, mitigating current and emerging risks + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad understanding of several job subject areas within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP methodology, PMP or CMM preferred. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work on a highly professional level with Client, internal team members, and external partners Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Smartsheet, Workfront and Google Suites.. Examples include Docs, Gmail, Slides, Sheets. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach. Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Ability to apply PMO methodology and enforce project standards Adept at taking responsibility for multiple, conflicting priorities. Willing to take action with excellent organization skills and demonstrated ability to multitask Preferred experience with some data center infrastructure projects. Experience in critically important data centers is a strong plus.
