Department Details:
Customer Installation is a market facing team that supports our new and renewing customers through their onboarding and renewal journey. Customer installation pairs the skills of consultation, project management and negotiation to provide an enhances onboarding experience to our customers and partners. We serve as the hub for all things critical for customers and members to be set-up successfully from strategy, test files to enrollment processing and ID cards.
Internship Projects:
The intern will be responsible for identifying efficiencies through automation (AI), other staffing resources to lessen the time spent and number of systems needed. On identified project is assessing ID card validation and automating or finding alternative and more efficient ways to audit cards to ensure accuracy.

+ Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year.

Additional Requirements:
+ Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
+ Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 3.0 GPA or above
+ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
