As part of Manufacturing, you’ll use your skills in our production lines, ingredient handling system and distribution center to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.
How you will contribute
You will work with each of the multidisciplinary teams to lead and coordinate the digital transformation initiatives, automation upgrades, and process visualization systems. Work with different departments to ensure all the new implementations follow the global standards. Coordinate and plan electrical activities, training, and trouble-shooting electrical issues, including PLC or network related. Utilize and improve current technology to support the continuous improvement of Production and Maintenance effectiveness using digital tools. Provide strong leadership, support, planning, direction and supervision to assigned hourly electrical team members. Planning preventative/predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment overhauls and upgrades as it pertains to the plant electrical systems.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronic / Electronic)5 years of relevant work experienceProficiency in workingPLC’s Allen-Bradley all familiesVFDs Allen-Bradley and ToshibaHMI’s Allen-BradleyIndustrial communication networks; Ethernet, DH+, RIO & ControlNetUnderstanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and server/client systemExperience with industrial power & control circuitsExperience with industrial instrumentationExperience with IgnitionAbility to read and understand schematics and electrical drawingsExperience in food industry, preferable in Mondelēz projectsExperience working with unionsExperience leading a multidisciplinary teamProficient analyzing problems based on dataProficient troubleshooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision and function effectively in a highly demanding environmentAbility to interact effectively with outside vendors, production operators, team leads, and the maintenance tradesMaintenance background strongly preferredTechnical supervision experienceElectrical license is preferred
