Overview
We are actively seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with strong experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery. This role involves working with over 35 OEM machine brands and a wide range of equipment including:
CNC mills, lathes, machining centersABB robotsP&H cranes/hoistsConveyors, furnaces, large part washersCNC machine tools with Fanuc, Siemens, and Modicon controllersKey ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair:AC/DC analog and digital drivesSensors, cables, wiring, drive faults, encoders480V systemsConnect laptops to machines for diagnostics and repairsUse Maintenance Management System (MMS) to:Generate work ordersLog maintenance activities via company-provided computer/tabletPrioritize repairs based on equipment value streamEssential SkillsCNC equipment troubleshooting and repairPLC controls: go online and edit ladder logicElectrical troubleshooting via HMIExperience with control systems:Allen BradleySiemensRockwellFanucKnowledge of AC/DC power and Glass Scale Linear EncodersAdditional Qualifications (Not required)Associate Degree in Industrial Automation (preferred)Proven ability to independently diagnose and repair CNC equipmentStrong knowledge in electrical machine repairWhy Join Us?Competitive pay above market ratesTravel opportunities with per diemFast-track hiring process (no lengthy onboarding)$5,000 sign-on bonus upon full-time conversionWork EnvironmentClimate-controlled, clean manufacturing facilityMachine shop production settingMust be open to 2nd or 3rd shift (assigned after training)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $45.00/hr.
