Job Title: CNC Automation Lead
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Automation Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of automation strategies across our CNC machining operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to operating, programming, and troubleshooting CNC machines and wire processing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and precision.

ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of automation strategies across CNC machining.Operate, program, and troubleshoot CNC machines and wire processing machines to ensure optimal performance and precision.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows.Manage and mentor a team of 9 to ensure both daily and weekly schedules are being completed.Monitor machine performance and automation KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all automation activities.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree is a plus.2+ years of experience operating CNC machines and/or wire processing equipment.Familiarity with basic CNC programming concepts.Hands-on experience with machine setup, tool changes, and routine maintenance.Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.Good communication and teamwork skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsTechnical training or an associate degree is advantageous.Experience in machine setup, tool changes, and routine maintenance.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
