This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities


You'll work with our team of engineers and developers, supporting them with the related activities.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Marine & Ports in Genoa.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of project/service tasks

Participating in testing and debugging phases

Assisting in writing technical documentation

follow ABB policies and business ethics

work in accordance with ABB procedures using applicable tools

ensure quality in all the assigned tasks


Qualifications for the role

Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science or Automation

You have knowledge and passion about electrotechnics and programming languages (such as: C, Java or similar)

Good knowledge of PLC (programming, hw signals and communication protocol)

Basic knowledge of technical document reading and understanding (data sheet, electrical drawings, P&I diagram, etc…) would be considered a nice to have

Basic knowledge of networking concepts

You are at ease communicating in italian and english

Confidence with all PC tools and Microsoft package

You are confident in teamworking and problem solving activities
