Job Description
We are seeking skilled Factory Automation Technicians for our highly automated facility. There are openings on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The 1st Shift operates from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, the 2nd Shift from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, and the 3rd Shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. The role requires mandatory work every other weekend, while weekday overtime is voluntary. Technicians will work in a team setting, frequently using laptops and communication devices for team interactions. The position involves installing new equipment and automated conveyor systems in new buildings, as well as supporting production and technology teams in maintaining automated process flow equipment.
ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and monitor the PLC logics of the FA equipment in all processes using the specifications and inspection logic.Support engineers and direct managers for any improvements of FA equipment and follow up on any issues.Troubleshoot issues in the FA equipment based on issues in other sites.Review and update the layout drawing of the new buildings under the guidance of the direct manager.Collaborate with other teams and vendors to improve the building layout and address any issues.Essential SkillsExperience in pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems.Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.Skills in preventive maintenance and interpreting blueprints and schematics.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 3 years experience in machine installation on highly automated conveyor systems.Experience with PLC Logic.Tooling experience for installation purposes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is expansive, requiring significant walking between buildings and plant areas. It includes a meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit environment, adhering to 5S3K standards. In certain areas, wearing special garments and beard nets may be necessary.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.
The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start.
