Automation Engineer Analytics Manager

Responsibilities The Automation Engineer Analytics Manager will provide structure, knowledge, and data driven tools for sites to be successful in operating automated technologies. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for development of business intelligence strategies for warehouse automation. This includes partnering with IT, Division/site personnel, and OEM’s to align on actionable metrics by technology that can be displayed through data visualization and reporting tools. Manage the development of standardized tools and strategies that create new capability and insights for leaders in alignment with operational goals Be the go-to solution expert for operational teams for warehouse automation data/reporting Lead creation, implementation, and usage of reporting capabilities to streamline work and bring visibility to unseen opportunities within automated operations Coordinate work activities with Business teams, IT services, SME’s, and automation OEM’s to deliver data to the Azure Data Lake to be utilize in Power BI Understand data attributes, how it translates into Business importance, and usage to drive efficiencies Execute data validation, visualization alignment, UAT, and training for Go Live and ongoing sustainment Assist in resolving production environment reporting issues. Recommend/develop alternative approaches to resolving problems Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to improve system reliability and prompt deployment of solutions Review and communicate end-user usage of reporting tools; provide improvement feedback forums Stay informed about the latest advancements in reporting technologies and apply them to enhance existing solutions; mitigate and de-risk impacts Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
