Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or Associate’s degree with relevant experience) • 6+ years of engineering experience • Capital project management experience • Hands on experience with pneumatic systems • Strong background in machine automation • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities • Understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes
