Job Title: Automation Engineer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design operating logic for PLCs, robots, and HMIs. You will simulate, test, and optimize equipment performance while integrating third-party equipment with our systems. Your role will involve configuring and troubleshooting Industrial Ethernet, IP addressing, and communication protocols to ensure reliable data exchange. You will also be responsible for connecting equipment to ERP, MES/MIS, and database systems, implementing data transfer, traceability, and data logging solutions. A strong understanding of software architecture principles in industrial integrations is essential, and you will collaborate closely with automation/PLC teams. You will also participate in equipment commissioning at U.S. facilities and deploy solutions at client sites across North America, providing technical support to internal teams and customers.
