We’re looking for a full‑time Automation Deployment PM to lead the rollout of autonomous and semi‑autonomous robotic systems across a major client’s facilities. The Deployment Project Manager will play a key role in bringing advanced automation solutions to the client’s data centers, ensuring all construction, safety, and operational standard processes are followed throughout each deployment. This role works closely with a wide range of technical partners to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule. **What You’ll Do** + Coordinate the deployment of multiple automation solutions at customer data centers. + Acquire a clear understanding of product requirements by reviewing, understanding and interpreting technical specifications, blueprints and engineering illustrations, mockups, and prototypes. + Use industry standard project management methodologies to initiate, plan, implement automation deployments and supervise progress to ensure target dates, standards, and budget targets are met. + Document and handle risks, issues, actions and decisions that affect automation deployment deliverables. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. + Organize product information into clear written descriptions and instructions and identify process refinement and standardization in deployments. + Provide project execution guidance throughout the project lifecycle, with the ability to assess potential construction workarounds. + Lead projects, coordinating activities with customers, engineering teams, and suppliers while supervising third-party integrators performing implementation work. + Create and use templates for standardizing system documentation. + Proactively engage with the project team and provide status reports. + Identify and recommend metrics to consistently measure and track productivity. + Ability to handle a diverse set of team members and stakeholders + Ability to coordinate with and influence customers to determine acceptable solutions. + Create and maintain Smartsheet schedules, dashboards and work within Google Suites. + Preferred experience with robotic process automation. + Standard PMP or LEED AP methodology. + Some experience with some data center infrastructure projects or mission critical environments a strong plus. **What You’ll Need** Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Licensure as either a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information. Convey performance expectations and balance problems. Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. In-depth knowledge of Google Suite products preferred. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality. Advanced math skills.
