Job responsibilities
Conduct phone interviews with potential and existing auto customers; investigate and ensure due diligenceInteract with dealers, external customers and internal departments within ChaseConduct employment and insurance verificationInvestigate and verify pertinent loan informationPerform application rekeys to identify and correct application submission errorsMeet or exceed quality control auditsParticipate in the document retention processRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong communication skillsStrong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlinesCustomer service and/or retail sales experienceAttention to detailAbility to multitask and adapt within a changing environmentInterpersonal and problem-solving skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
