This position is responsible for leading a team of finance professionals as the Head of Auto Corporate Development Finance, focusing on driving financial analytics for new business opportunities.

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionalsFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Auto Corporate Development Finance teamServe as the primary liaison for the Chase Auto Business Development officer and their teamPrioritize and develop business cases for opportunities to expand the Chase Auto balance sheetCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategiesDrive all financial analytics related to new business opportunities, including new OEM partners (Private Labels) and renewals of existing partnersUtilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendationsOversee expense builds, originations forecasts, and leasing risk share analysis to inform the broader working group of expected profitability and pricing of these opportunitiesImplement robust forecasting models to enhance accuracy and reliability.Engage directly with clients when required, supporting the sales process and ensuring alignment with client needs and expectationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate long-term partnershipsRequired Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance7+ years of experience in finance or treasury within a financial services firmProven experience in corporate development finance Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teamsExcellent analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in building discounted cash flow models. Ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-makingExceptional PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to produce senior management and client facing presentations.
