**Job Title: Body Painter Helper** **Job Description** Join our team as a Body Painter Helper, where you will play an essential role in preparing and assisting with the paint line. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within the painting industry. **Responsibilities** + Prepare materials for the paint line. + Learn and perform tasks such as paint prep, hanging, taping, sanding, buffing, and visual checks. + Assist with paint line preparation for carbon steel parts. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Knowledge in wet coat painting and paint preparation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail is crucial. + Experience in prep work in residential or industrial painting is beneficial. + Desire to grow into a painter within the shop. **Why Work Here?** Work in a small shop with a great work culture and opportunities for growth within the company. **Work Environment** The shop is non-climate controlled, equipped with heaters in the winter and industrial fans in the summer. Personal Protective Equipment is provided, including coveralls.
