Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit recurring regulatory filings on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisComplete complex annual compliance calculations and supporting documentation in coordination with third-party reviewersAnalyze operational and financial data to identify anomalies, trends, or potential reporting issuesMonitor regulatory updates and assess potential impacts to reporting requirements and internal processesRecommend and support enhancements or automation opportunities within compliance and reporting workflowsPerform periodic internal controls reviews and report findings to leadershipDevelop, update, and enforce internal compliance policies and proceduresPartner with internal and external audit teams to explain processes, controls, and documentationMaintain accurate records and supporting schedules for all compliance-related activitiesRequired BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredStrong Experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, accounting, data analysis, or auditPrior exposure to audits or internal controls testing strongly preferredExperience within the oil, energy, commodity, or governmental industry is a plusAdvanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data setsStrong data entry & analytical skills with the ability to recognize unusual or inconsistent data patternsClear written and verbal communication skillsInterest in process improvement and learning systems that support efficiency and accuracyAbility to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy in a regulated environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $65,000–$80,000, based on experienceComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and recognized holidaysOpportunity to contribute to a growing organization with long-term stabilityYour Career PartnerThe Reserves Network (TRN) connects skilled Accounting, Finance, and Administrative professionals with top employers nationwide.
