Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Start Date: Early September (Flexible for the right candidate). Duration: 3+ months
Pay: $60 **+** /hr. W2 (negotiable depending on experience)

**Overview:**
Jefferson Wells is seeking two experienced Internal Auditors to support our client’s Capital Markets Internal Audit group during a critical period in Q4. This is a remote engagement focused on executing audit testing for well-defined audits.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Execute audit testing procedures for Capital Markets audits.
+ Collaborate with client Managers and Senior Managers to complete assigned audit tasks.
+ Follow established audit programs and methodologies.
+ Ensure documentation and testing meet internal audit standards.
+ Communicate findings and assist in drafting audit observations as needed.
**Required Experience:**
+ Mandatory: Demonstrated experience auditing **Capital Markets processes and controls** .
+ Exposure to areas such as:
- Market risk audits
- Second line testing
- Investments and trading controls
+ Ability to work independently within a structured audit framework.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
+ Internal audit professionals with hands-on experience in Capital Markets audits (required).
+ Hands-on and capable of executing testing within pre-defined audit scopes.
+ Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
